The per-user installer creates desktop and Start menu shortcuts. Your existing app data is preserved on uninstall. Its runtime and app icon are included; no separate Node.js setup is required.
Phone access requires advanced trusted HTTPS setup. Use non-sensitive test files. Review Windows security warnings; do not disable your protections. Compiling does not encrypt the app or supply a publisher signature.
The checksum detects a changed download when compared with a trusted value. It does not replace a publisher signature.

Do I need to install Node.js?
No. The Windows executable bundles Electron and the app’s runtime.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Not yet. Native mobile work is paused. The current phone companion runs in a browser, with the advanced HTTPS trust setup explained in the guide.
Is this the public release?
No. Publisher signing, seamless phone onboarding and broader device acceptance remain incomplete. This download is explicitly a development preview.
Can I use it on macOS?
This download is Windows x64 only. A macOS build has not been released.
